I thought Marie Hess and Khadijah Alamin and Linda Lavender Norris printed and paid for a false campaign document handed to voters outside the Third Ward Polls on Election Day in Coatesville. That the document was intended to confuse voters and make them believe that Linda Lavender Norris's sister in law, Lillie Lavender was endorsed by the Chester County Democratic Committee. That in effect it was a forgery and not election fraud.
All at his own volition Chester County Democratic Committee Treasurer Bill Schoell said he paid to have both documents printed; the fraudulent document that had Lilli Lavender as the CCDC endorsed Coatesville City Council candidate and the document with the actual Democratic Party endorsed candidate Villa Hunt for Coatesville City Council. That the CCDC did pay to have a fraudulent handout to voters printed. The weasel words were, “I just print what they give me."
CCDC member Milli Dixon pressed them on it and Bill said they are fine with the fraudulent document. He said that to Mildred and the 60 or so people at the CCDC meeting. Bill Schoell admitted to election fraud in front of about 60 people.
John Carnes, me and The Maxwell Campaign tried to nail the Harry Lewis campaign with a similar issue of election fraud handouts.
If you remember back to the Harry Lewis campaign for State Rep. there were lawn signs printed for Coatesville that said Democrat Harry Lewis. Those signs only appeared in Coatesville. Robert Brooks of Hallowell and Branstetter admitted in court to making up both lawn signs. there is no disclaimer on the "Democrats for Harry Lewis" signs.
It appeared as though the Lewis Campaign was trying to pass off Lewis as a Democrat so that Lewis got more support in the Coatesville community.
They were successful in fooling the voters. Most people here in Coatesville did think that Lewis was a Democrat.
The Lewis flyers that went to my home and many others weeks before the election and the election day handouts had no disclaimer on them. I thought the purpose of not having a disclaimer was not an oversight but a further effort to confuse Coatesville voters.
Below is one of the Lewis handouts with a handwritten disclaimer "Paid for by the Committee to Elect Harry Lewis on it:
Robert Brooks of Hallowell and Branstetter had the fraudulent Lewis documents with no disclaimer printed and distributed. Mr. Brooks was visibly shaking and sweating on the witness stand at the Chester County Justice Center on Election Day.
It was a long shot to nail the Harry Lewis Campaign for election fraud in the Republican owned Courthouse. But at least it’s on record. The judge said that the Lewis Campaign Committee made an effort to correct their oversight at 1:00 pm on election day. He said it was not systematic election fraud but just an oversight. Oversight, yea right; the same document had been in circulation weeks before the election. It was also a door to door handout and nobody noticed the "mistake" until I pointed it out on Election Day.
The point is it was very clear to me that the Republicans did understand that election fraud is a criminal federal offense. It made them very nervous, shaky and sweaty nervous.
CCDC Treasurer Bill Schoell looks like he is proud of the election fraud he admitted to.
There also it the RICO lawsuit in the Philadelphia Federal Court:

I think Bill Schoell and Brian McGinnis believe the election fraud issue in Coatesville is over. As though election fraud is an internal Democratic issue and not a federal crime.
It has just begun.
There are many extremely angry people in Coatesville. Before last night they believed that Marie Lawson, Khadijah Alamin and Linda Lavender Norris allegedly conspired to falsify the Chester County Democratic Committee election day handout. That Democratic Coatesville City Council member Marie Lawson and CCDC Coatesville Chairperson Khadihah Alamin and Republican Coatesville City Council member Linda Lavender Norris made a fraudulent election day handout on their own in Coatesville. It is assumed that Ms. Norris and Ms. Lawson disagree with Ms. Hunt and want her gone from Coatesville City Council.
Now the people of Coatesville know that the Chester County Democratic Committee was a willing partner in an election fraud conspiracy.
Villa Hunt is endorsed by the Chester County Democratic Committee. Now it is crystal clear that an endorsement by the CCDC means nothing and that the Chester County Democratic Committee will throw you under the bus first chance they get.
Good luck recruiting for the Democratic Party in the City of Coatesville.
The State and National Democratic Committees are looking into it.
It’s out of my hands now.
It’s out of the CCDCs hands now.
Brian McGinnis and his crew just got started. Somebody needs to ask these people to resign before they cause further damage to the Democratic Party.
Below are the two documents. THE CCDC ADMITS TO PRINTING AND PAYING FOR BOTH DOCUMENTS:
