Walker.

Cuyler Walker is a Partner in the law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP/Berwyn but strangely he doesn't appear on the Pepper Hamilton website anymore.

“Cuyler H. Walker, a lawyer with Pepper Hamilton of Philadelphia, and another longtime member of the Unionville community, said he was representing the interests of some of the victims of Young's alleged Ponzi scheme. He declined to release names of the investors.

"I generally have a sense that folks are just kind of coming to terms with the whole situation," Walker said Wednesday. "I'm not sure anyone really wants to talk. Certainly, they are interested in their privacy."

But he said the investors were cooperating with investigators with the SEC. "There is a process the SEC is following, and we are seeing how that could play out," he said.”

From
http://www.delcotimes.com/general-news/20090423/chesco-horse-country-stunned-by-ponzi-scheme-charges
James Pitcherellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14239270205876141965noreply@blogger.com
