Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Are some Coatesville City Council members putting off the budget until 2018 so they can lay off police to balance the budget?

Some Coatesville City Council members are calling saying they can’t make it to budget meetings at the last minute. No quorum, no meeting.

The budget meetings can continue in January of 2018 when a new city council comes in.

Marie Lawson, Carmen Green & Linda Lavender Norris are calling at the last minute saying they aren’t showing up. Are they waiting for newly elected Coatesville City Council member Deborah Bookman and a four member quorum that will lay off police to avoid raising taxes?

I don’t know if some people in Coatesville are getting advice from Harvey Legree. Harvey might know how the drug business works, but his Uncle Richard knew how the drug business works and how the politics of Chester County, PA works.

I don’t think a Coatesville City Council can again pull off reducing the Coatesville PD to a point where the drug business is good again in Coatesville. I think the politics has changed.
