Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog

Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

UPPDATES-Breaking news: Yesterday's election in Coatesville was a shit storm. Criminal charges.

This is breaking news, so it might not be entirely accurate. More will come out in the court records.

Yesterday's election in Coatesville was a shit storm. Criminal charges.

I think this began at about 3:00 pm:

Bill Schoell the ex-Treasuer of the Chester County Democratic Committee allegedly came to all the Coatesville wards and allegedly assulted and forcefully confiscated the sample ballots from the people at the polls. He allegedly assaulted Arvilla Hunt's niece (I think she's Arvilla's niece, a child). UPDATE CORRECTION - I misunderstood Fran at the 1st Ward. She was not assaulted and robbed by Bill Schoell.

911 was called.

Allegedly Police caught up with Bill Schoell at the 2nd Ward. They pulled Schoell away from the poll workers. Police retrieved the campaign materials Schoell had stolen from poll workers from Schoell's car and returned them to Ingrid. I assume Ms. Arvilla Hunt returned them to the poll workers at other wards. Police had their cameras on.

Police told Schoell he can't take campaign material away from election workers.

Democrat (Jackie) Khadijah Al Amin and Republican Linda Lavender Norris allegedly conspired together in a vendetta against Andy Dinniman and Ingrid Jones.

Khadijah Al Aimin and Bill Schoell allegedly say Andy illegally endorsed Ingrid Jones. This is not true Andy endorsed several candidates. Andy endorses candidates all over Chester County every election.

Khadijah and Schoell probably planned this since the Democratic Convention when Andy announced he was endorsing Ingrid.

Sometimes it's difficult to tell if Democrats here support the Democratic Party or the Republican Party. There's no money in being a Democrat here. There is money in being a Republican.

Democratic Coatesville City Councilperson Carmen Green allegedly said. UPDATE CORRECTON- "Ingrid Jones is DONE. Andy Dinniman is DONE." Carmen didn't say Ingrid and Andy is "finished".

This is why you see the Coatesville City Council fawning over Harry Lewis and ignoring all the things Andy does for Coatesville.  Republican State Rep. Harry Lewis is a "Johnny come lately" in Coatesville.  Harry takes credit for stuff Andy began decades ago.

Allegeldy criminal charges are being filed (for assault?, robbery?) against Bill Schoell. I don't know if criminal charges will be filed against any Coatesville Democrats.

The preliminary election results show "Write in" winning. Bookman ran as a write-in. 2nd Ward was also close between Delores Ann Williams and Marie Lawson.

Ms. Jones, Ms. Scamuffa and Ms. Williams election was damaged by the alleged criminal antics of Coatesville Democrats led by Ms. Al Amin and Bill Schoell. I don't know if criminal convictions can change election results.

Bill Schoell, where have I heard that name before?

I thought Marie Hess and Khadijah Alamin and Linda Lavender Norris printed and paid for a false campaign document handed to voters outside the Third Ward Polls on Election Day in Coatesville. That the document was intended to confuse voters and make them believe that Linda Lavender Norris's sister in law, Lillie Lavender was endorsed by the Chester County Democratic Committee.  That in effect it was a forgery and not election fraud.

All at his own volition Chester County Democratic Committee Treasurer Bill Schoell said he paid to have both documents printed; the fraudulent document that had Lilli Lavender as the CCDC endorsed Coatesville City Council candidate and the document with the actual Democratic Party endorsed candidate Villa Hunt for Coatesville City Council.  That the CCDC did pay to have a fraudulent handout to voters printed. The weasel words were, “I just print what they give me." -Note:

Considering the events on Election Day May 16, 2017, I believe that Bill Schoell was skirting the truth when he said, “I just print what they give me.”  I think he was from the beginning, a part of the effort to deceive Coatesville voters.

CCDC member Milli Dixon pressed them on it and Bill said they are fine with the fraudulent document. He said that to Mildred and the 60 or so people at the CCDC meeting. Bill Schoell admitted to election fraud in front of about 60 people.

CCDC Treasurer Bill Schoell looks like he is proud of the election fraud he admitted to.
There also it the RICO lawsuit in the Philadelphia Federal Court-Philly.com

I think Bill Schoell  and Brian McGinnis believe the election fraud issue in Coatesville is over. As though election fraud is an internal Democratic issue and not a federal crime.

It has just begun.

There are many extremely angry people in Coatesville. Before last night they believed that Marie Lawson, Khadijah Alamin and Linda Lavender Norris allegedly conspired to falsify the Chester County Democratic Committee election day handout. That Democratic Coatesville City Council member Marie Lawson and CCDC Coatesville Chairperson Khadihah Alamin and Republican Coatesville City Council member Linda Lavender Norris made a fraudulent election day handout on their own in Coatesville. It is assumed that Ms. Norris and Ms. Lawson disagree with Ms. Hunt and want her gone from Coatesville City Council.

Now the people of Coatesville know that the Chester County Democratic Committee was a willing partner in an election fraud conspiracy.

Villa Hunt is endorsed by the Chester County Democratic Committee. Now it is crystal  clear that an endorsement by the CCDC means nothing and that the Chester County Democratic Committee will throw you under the bus first chance they get.

Good luck recruiting for the Democratic Party in the City of Coatesville.
