Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Understand that the drug business won the last time revitalization was attempted in Coatesville

The very first priority of Paul Janssen had was making our streets safe and the battle to get rid of Paul Janssen began.

He brought Dominick Bellizzie from Philly Narcotics to be Coatesville Police Chief. Paul Janssen, Dominick Bellizzie, Joe Carroll and Tom Hogan and many others began the slow process of taking down the really over the top insane "Hampsterdam" drug business we had.

The drug dealers made their comeback with the "Bloc of Four" and Republican Party Chairman Richard Legree's entry into control over the Coatesville PD.

Chief Bellezzie, Lt. Matt Gordon, the entire Narcotics Division and half of the Coatesville PD was trashed by Harry Walker and Richard Legree. The drug business flourished in Coatesville again. That's what the opposition to revitalization of Coatesville was all about.

The reason revitalization has a better chance now is that several influential public officials connected to organized crime here are dead and the drug business here is severely weakened. But there is still a wealthy vital drug business here and an underground economy that grew up around it.

Some public officials in Chester County want Coatesville's business to stay. That's what the people rooting for legal business growth in Coatesville are up against. That's what they are really up against.

Revitalization will force the drug business out of Coatesville and a lot of people that want the drug business to stay in Coatesville will fight very hard against revitalization.

Keep in mind that the drug already business won one war here. The drug business prevailed in the previous attempt to revitalize Coatesville.
