Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog

Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Will the Republican Party oppose our revitalization projects in Coatesville?

I  believe that some politically active people, including 20+ years John Birch Society member and two times PA 6th District congressional candidate Pat Sellers, opposed the revitalization of Coatesville for ideological reasons.

The conspiracy theory involving United Nations Agenda 21 makes it easier for me personally to understand what may have motivated some of the people involved in "Saha Save Our Farm" and the local elections in Coatesville in 2005.

Mr. Sellers, now of Glenmore, PA is a Ron Paul delegate to the Republican National Convention in Florida.

Below are two WHEREAS-ES of the "Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21.

"...WHEREAS, The United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into the local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (UCLEI) through local "sustainable development" policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Communities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other "Green" or "Alternative" projects, and,

WHEREAS, This United Nations agenda 21 plan of radical so-called "sustainable development" views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment..."

"According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the John Birch Society and other archconservative groups have been sending minions around the country to give seminars and stir up fears that somehow sustainability will deprive people of their property rights and lead to a global socialist government (as though it's easy to get the world together under one flag; Europe can't even get together with one currency). Under their scenario, all these city planning efforts will ultimately lead to the loss of gun rights and a takeover by the U.N. Next stop: prison camps for Americans, where I guess we will be punished for eating red meat and driving SUVs"

RNC Endorses Major Conspiracy Theory of Radical Right

The Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21 will be presented as a part of the Republican Party Platform of 2012 at the RNC Convention in Florida.

Of course there are lots of local Republican leaders in Chester County who champion "sustainable development", "Smart Growth" and in fact all parts of "United Nations Agenda 21". But there appears to be a leadership vacuum in the Republican Party. Across the nation and in Pennsylvania that leadership vacuum is being filled by extremists.
